Can you have unlimited water all three days? Are you not allowed coffee on the second and third day?

unlimited water it is encouraged to drink a lot of water and it says not to drink coffee on days 2 and 3 im not a coffee drinking but iv heard of people drinking coffee on days 2 and 3 and still getting results0
