How do I find out what MAINTENANCE calories are...

I am seriously considering a RESET. I am curious to know how to begin. I see that you have to eat at MAINTENANCE level to start this but am not sure how to find out what my magic number is. Is it just my TDEE??
If anyone can give me some pointers on how to start this I would really appreciate it. I did read the threads but am still confused. Also, while working on RESET, do you exercise or are we breaking from that too?
HELP....PLEASE
.....AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE :-)

If you eat at TDEE, Total Daily Energy Expenditure, you maintain weight. So that is maintenance level.
You'll discovery if your estimate of TDEE is correct near the end of a reset.
The spreadsheet you've seen reference to may help in nailing TDEE better, especially based on better foundation math of BMR.0
