    - exercised 30 minutes or 45 minutes 30 x 2. 45 x 3

    Last week - 149.6
    This week - 150

    Gained 0.4 lbs.

    But now I'm MAD! Not a gram of sugar or drop of alcohol will pass my lips until I have lost that missing pound.

    I lost 1.6 pounds this week. That seems to be the magic number for me for some reason...

    I drank 8 c water 7 days
    I ate 2 svgs fruit 6 days
    I ate 3 svg veggies 1 day :(
    I avoided sugary snacks 4 days
    I logged all food 6 days
    I exercised 30-45 minutes 2 days and over 45 minutes 3 days.
