Heart Rate Montior

If I have one suggestion to make, it would be to invest in a heart rate monitor that tracks your calories. For a few weeks I couldn't figure out why the scale was hardly moving, because I was burning calories, eating correctly, under my goal each day. I wore my heart rate monitor one day and realized what was going on...I wasn't burning as many calories as the machines tell you that you are, or that myfitness pal has in. For example, I take circuit class every T/TH and myfitness pal, has that I was burning over 800 calories a class(which I thought was high, but didn't think about it since I thought MPF would be accurate), well I wore my HRM and here I was only burning about 400 each class, so thats 800 calories a week, I was consuming, that I shouldn't of been. Ever since I started wearing my HRM and tracking my calories through that, I've been seeing the scale move. So don't rely on MPF to know your exact calories, invest in a HRM!
