Are you guys ready??? I don't think I am lol! I'll be gettin it in around 6pm EST. When do you guiys works out? I wish I had time to work out before work but I would have to get up at like 2:30am to do that >_<.

I usually workout in the afternoon around 2:30 pm. Right now I'm studying for exams so it gives me a break from studying. And I give myself 2-3 hours after I eat lunch to digest and then go workout.
Also, isn't today a recovery day? What schedule are you following?0 -
I technically started on Sunday with my fitness test...so I guess I'm a day ahead of most of y'all - maybe I'll just not post anything lol. :-/0

Good luck on your Pure cardio today. Definitely don't stop posting, you are only a day ahead. I generally work out when my daughter goes down for her first nap, since I'm a stay at home mom.0

Pure cardio was crazy but amazing at the same time I kept up for the most part (it's the damn pushups that I can't do as fast as they do) but I still kept going.
The jack pushups and the burpees were hell at the end! hahaa.

Hey every 1 I am actuall on week 2 day 13 but wante to post today was pure cardio and cardio abs for me how is every1 doing the first week I started this I could not walk I am so glad that bad died down now I still get a little sore at time but compared to te first week it's not a problem I start my work out at 6 am I find if I do it later in the day I can't seem to do as much don't no if anyone else is the same or just me I'm strange lol feel free to add me if u want good luck every 1 rest day tomoz yay xx0
