Cough Drops

Watch out! My throat has been totally raw and hurting, so I have been taking these cough drops my sweet husband picked up for the the other day, and have been super faithful to my eating plan, drinking enough water, etc. My weight loss stalled for the last two days, and last night, I looked at the package and noticed the ingredients included SUGAR! ugh! I was so mad (not at my hubby, but at myself for not reading the package).. I think cough drops are the culprit in my stall. So annoying! I picked up some sugar free ones and some Cloroseptic spray for my throat (that is sugar free) and will be very careful from now on.. just a word of warning..
