Hey Ladies,

It's another crappy day for me at work :( But I'm going to get to the gym on my lunch and hopefully it'll make me feel better.

I will also post my measurements today as I didn't get a chance yesterday to do them.

Today's challenge:

1. add at least 1 more push up to the number you did yesterday.
2. 3min of skipping (with or without the rope and it doesn't all have to be done at once).
