Hello! My first post here. I've been hypothyroid for years. I also have Lupus and had a partial hysterectomy in June 2012. My daughter was born in June 2010. At that time I was 5'8 and 197 after her birth. I have been able to get down to 174 but it just went back up to 180 after having to take prednisone for a Lupus Flare in January. I stopped eating cow dairy due to stomach issues and I've lost one pound. I'm not 179. But now I CAN'T get it to budge!!!! I just don't get it! Any thoughts???? And thank you!!! ;-)
