Week two challenge........No take out food! Plan ahead pack a lunch and some snacks for work or school. Cut up veggies and fruits make great snacks. This week is going to be a little more challenging but you can do!!!!!! If you control the food you control the calories!!!

YIKES!! Was hitting subway tomorrow night for a quick, easy dinner after my craft show. Good thing I made extra chicken breasts 2nite. I now see me packing a large chef salad and fruit. The rest of the week? Not a problem - meals ready planned thru next Fri! (We live in country, so plan 2 weeks of meals before hitting groc store) C'mon everone - you can make it happen this week! :-)0
