I'm preparing myself for this challenge; would anyone suggest a food plan to help me get the results I'm looking for. I'm looking to have a tone body; especially behind me.

Go to bodyfortress.com , they have a free meal plan for weight loss and toning up. They also have the cheapest protein powder I could find (Walmart).0
