Aaaaaaah my week is finally over. I have tried SO hard this week. Last week I did no exercise and as a result I lost nothing on the tape measure front. So this week I took it up a notch because I HAVE to be slimmer by end of June. My self esteem just won't take it cause of all the events I've got coming up. Hopefully I can keep it up for the next 9 weeks. My cravings have gone, so cutting out sweetener definitely worked. Instead I crave healthy food (although the chocolate craving is still there, just in the background and not as influential)
Will take measurements and add up all my hard work tomorrow Fingers crossed! xxx0 -

So results are in! I really went for it this week.
Fri - 30ds, 45m walking, 25 x situps, pressups, squats
Sat - 10m rowing, 25 x situps, pressups, squats
Sun - 30ds
Mon - walking 45m, swimming 60m, 25 x situps, pressups, squats
Tues - 55m walk, 60m swim, 30ds, 25 x situps, pressups, squats, 30 day squat challenge
Weds - 40m walk, 60m swim, 15m circuit train, 25 x situps, pressups, squats, 30 day squat challenge
Thurs - walk 40m, 55m swim, 30ds, 5m yoga, 25 x situps, pressups, squats, 30 day squat challenge
lost 1inch off my chest, 1/2 off my waist and 1 off my hips, 1/2 off my bum and 1/4 off my thighs

This past week I did resistance training, interval sprints, core strength, and stairmaster. After resistance training we started cable weight machines. Just keeping it lively!0 -
I moved every day except Sunday I took a rest day.
I burned 2407 calories last week and I tried two new yoga classes. I didn't do any sit ups, squats or push ups.0 -
brilliant work everyone! I tried a new yoga dvd, but going to try and get to some classes this week.0
