Do you have any recommendations for preventing exercise soreness? Also and recommendations for treating it?

I'm curious about this too. I actually like being sore, because it makes me feel like I've had a great workout. But I was staying sore for days and I felt like it was keeping me from getting the most of my workout on other days.(I'm a newbie at exercising!) My trainer told me to up my protein intake to at least 120 grams a day, and that did the trick for me. Now I recover much, much faster.0

The best way to prevent it is to exercise regularly. The more you exercise, the more your body will be used to that type of work. Also, increase your exercise slowly and methodically. Don't just ramp up an exercise you normally do 3 sets of to 10 sets and expect not to feel it the next day.
Treat soreness with massage, hot and cold treatment, and ibuproferin.0
