FINALLY, ladies! Here is your LONG AWAITED results posting (thanks for your patience)
Thanks for hanging in there for 12 weeks, through all of the ups and downs. Weddings, weight, work - and still wonderful us! I know it hasn't been easy for me to stay committed to this process, but you all have challenged me every day to stick to my guns and work hard - to set a good example and to try to keep up with you all (wow - did you all give me a run for my money!!) Thank you. I would not have made it past my goals without you motivating me each and every day.
I know you all want to see the rankings, but I wanted to give you the Week 12 basic results and some overall trends first.

Percentages - Approx 1/2 of our brides lost at least 5% body weight
6 ladies lost 10-15% of their body weight

BEFORE I get to the winners, please accept my congratulations for finishing the challenge. That is a victory in itself! Also - please do check in here around mid-June when I start up my third challenge. I'll be getting back from my honeymoon, so I'm not sure exactly what my goals will be then, but I DO know that I want the next one to be less focussed on the scale weight and more focussed on health and fitness. Please keep in touch even if you're not interested in another challenge. I would LOVE to hear about your wedding progress There will be an alum group invitation coming out soon, so don't feel like you're losing your friends! I will be sure that everyone who finished the 12 week challenge gets an invite!

thank you If it wasn't for you and the challenges
none of us word have gotten as far as we did
so again thank you I have had a rough
month but I have been trying to hang in
There and I will continue my journey
no matter what troubles lay ahead! I would
love to have more challenges in the future
