How was everyones week?

Hi guys, hope everyones week went well for them. I weighed in and lost 1kg this week bringing my stats to 164cm tall, weight 61.7kg. Didn't get in as much exercise as I would have liked but am starting the 30 day shred on monday.

Morning! My week was well, I went from 174 to 171.5, I'm now officially back to my pregnancy weight! My next goal is 6 lbs, that would put me back to my preinjury weight.
I was able to workout everyday this week except Friday. Though, for most of the days, I had a workout planned and life would happen that didn't allow me to do the planned workout, but I instead did something at home. Today I am killing time until its time to go to Zumba, haven't done that since 2010. And Monday I will start 30 Day Shred as well. When it arrived, I just had to try it, and I'm amazed how much of a challenge I got in 20 minutes!
Next week's goal, hopefully below 170.
