Up 1/2 pound this week - 3 birthday celebrations last week pushed me over the edge. I believe it is just water so I am not recording it. Back on track this week and I am going to kick butt!0

This week’s weigh-in is the first where I’ve actually weighed less than the March 25 weigh in! I’m down 3.2lbs from March 25, and down 5.6lbs from my starting weight. I’m on day eight of level one of 30 Day Shred (started on April 7) and I definitely think that’s helping. I can see and feel a huge difference.
Also, I have new found motivation for getting fit. I found out last week that I am going to Miami Beach for a work conference at the end of June. I have nine weeks to get in as good of shape as I possibly can, and I am really hopeful I can keep this past week's momentum going. I hope to weigh 156.5-157.5lbs by the next weigh in, and aim to be less than 155lbs by the end of the month.

I sucked big time this week. I didn't even weigh myself this morning. Between not working out, AF and a really terrible digestive system, I said F it. Maybe after I can finally take a crap I'll weigh a little less.0

Learned that Cardio / Diet sucks and is useless by itself, even though I dropped almost 5lbs my body fat is the same, so I lost lbs of Lean Body Mass. Back to lifting I go.

Finally lost some weight!
I've been gone for a few weeks as I was really discouraged because I was gaining weight even when only eating 1200-1400 of good calories a day, but I think it was actually muscle as I wasn't doing much cardio.
More cardio now, lost a pound, and I think I'm back on track!0 -

April 15th Weigh In: 174 lbs.
Well, y'all, Lord willing, I'm back in the saddle again. I haven't been faithful to myself since this challenge started and haven't been logging in food or exercising. Today that all changes. I just needed to find my motivation and that is our upcoming vacation. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. (maybe a little more) by the end of this challenge. (I forget when it ends . . . July?) I'm trying to set a realistic goal and be cautious at the same time. I know myself and my weaknesses. Here's to a great day to all! :happy:0 -
