Holding water like PMS?

I am annoyed.
Hit my goal range - my lowest goal range. Sticking well within my calories. I have gained maybe 2-3 pounds last week and all of it is water. I feel confident it is water because my rings are tight and my belt isn't.
It feels like I'm getting ready to start my period - which I haven't had since October. I don't think I am, but it's not just water retention that makes me feel like that. It feels like hormone cycles.
Anyone else in that 'almost there' phase that gets this too?

Don't be shocked if you do get a period. I've had a few in the last year. Always preceded by typical PMS signs. For me breast pain and tenderness.
As for water gain - I love lemon and cucumber water to help with that. Just splurged and bought myself a new pitcher with infuser.0
