If you've given in to temptation and are feeling a bit low, what do you do to make yourself feel better? xx

Hmm, I just say tomorrow is a new day and try to make up for it. If I feel like it I would workout again. At least that way I can balance it out a little bit.

I've had days like that but I'm getting better a out them now. I could see myself getting obsessed over numbers and calories as that's not good. If it really bothers you then maybe workout a little bit but I think the important thing here is to train your mind. We all need to indulge at times, it gives our mind and bodies a rest from the stress of dieting. Everyday Is a new day and one day of indulgence is not going to hurt your progress! Go for a nice walk somewhere, remind yourself of your goals and how far you've already come! Don't be hard on yourself

I just logged my binge :( I'm not sure I got everything but it looks like I'm still under TDEE >.< I just think about how hard I'm going to be at the gym tomorrow lol

Depending on my level of participation, I will either log my binge and shame myself into improvement, or I'll just say "I'll start again tomorrow." and shame eat a whole pizza. This tends to go on for several days in a row...Sometimes weeks.

I just say I will do better the next day and eat maybe a couple hundred less. Or if its not so far over my cal. I will just exercise until I am back into my cal limit. I did that last night when I ate a huge brownie lol
