Finished week 1 today!

Also, got through the 3 rounds of the warmup without stopping...for the first time! Starting to get the hang of it.

Bring on week 2!

    Awesome! I just finished week two today. This week I really could tell a difference. I'm looking forward to my Fit Test on Monday. Good Luck in week 2, just wait for next Sat...it's a doozy!

    I just finished week 1 today too! I got through the warm up for the first time yesterday and felt AMAZING! but itt kicked my butt today. i spent like three whole minutes lying on the floor after doing some level one drills
