New here, help/advice with numbers

Hi,

Hoping to get some advice. I am 5 weeks into Stronglifts and my weight has not moved. I would really like to drop another 10 lbs while getting my BF to 19-20%. Here is my current info. Any advice to help me start to start the scale moving? Thanks !

5'3.5" /38 years old / 131 lbs

26.4% BF and 22.7 BMI

3x a week Stronglifts
and
planning on 3x week HITT (20 minutes on the treadmill - 2 min warmup walk, 1 min moderate jog (6.5mph), 30 seconds sprint (9.0mph) and repeat for 20 minutes) and some Ab work. (I have been running 3x a week training for a half marathon but that was completed last weekend)


1332 BMR
Moderate exercise (ex: exercising 3-5 days/week)
2057 TDEE
Heavy exercise (ex: exercising 6-7 days/week)
2289 TDEE
