Finally getting the most out of my workouts!

I just have to express my excitement... I have been dabbling in p90x for quite some time. I have been eating MORE for about 3 months. I have made incredible fitness gains in the last three months. I cannot believe how much stronger I am! I feel SO silly thinking about the fact that I used to wonder why I wasn't getting stronger/fitter. Now I can lift more.. sustain longer and run faster! It is because I wasn't eating enough food to fuel my body! ...duh, right? :blushing:

I haven't lost weight (not that I know of...staying off the scale) or inches but I am getting more fit and THAT is a huge accomplishment for me! :happy:

  • I'm right there with ya :) I am going to go back to actively trying to lose weight/fat in about a month, but until then the success of gained strength has certainly lifted my spirits as well!

    Congrats on your NSV! Something to be proud of and share!
