I had to skip todays due to illness I'll try tonight if I'm feeling better but when you skip do you just make it up on the rest days and would that me to hard on your body?0

I did them yesterday, but those planks are killers. Planks for me in general are really hard. But I am working on my core, and hopefully someday they won't be so bad....I even forget to breathe! LOL0

I made it almost half way but I'm going to leave the group until my shoulder heals I'm going to have to work the lower half not using the shoulder and funny where I never knew a leg lift would use my shoulder IT DOES it uses everything I think. I'll try to keep the crunchs going but will have to see how that affects the healing.

I can't do planks because of my wrist, so I did regular sit-ups for the planks. Really different. Kinda fun...but just for the first FEW! Then I really had to think about it to complete it.0
