I am new to MFP, but not NROLFW. I am half way through stage 1 right now. About to bust out workout A 5 on Monday. I started this program with the hopes of doing it 3 days a week at the local gym, but I started at the same time as my husband left for deployment so I have been lucky to maintain twice a week. Despite that setback, I am still seeing some results!
Wanted to say hey! Just found the group and I hope to use your wealth as I progress through the program. I love the workouts and I can't wait to continue on. I'm new to MFP, so if anyone needs another friend, hit me up!

Hi! I'm a fellow military wife doing nrol4w. I just started stage 4 today. Love that you're lifting during a deployment! It's such a good way to get the stressors out!!0
