I have my book for this but hve absolutely no idea where to start. I cannot make sense of the workouts. Am I missing the obvious page that says which exercises to do when?
I have my photocopies of the blank training log, and am looking at the chart for Stage 1 Workout A and Workout B, but where it says Workouts 1, 2; Workouts 3,4 etc, does that mean tat Workouts 1 & 2 are weeks of stage 1?
So eg for Week 1 stage 1 day 1 would I do:
Squat
Push-up
Seated row
alternating with
Step-up
Prone jackknife?
then Week 1 stage 1 day 2
Deadlift
Dumbbell shoulder press
Wide-grip lat pulldown
alternating with
Lunge
Swiss-ball crunch?
I'm feeling very stupid at the moment but don't want to start off on what I think is right and spend weeks doing the wrong thing!
thanks

Look at this- somebody has put a lot of work into it. The book does explain it but this is better.

Don't feel bad, I think it's pretty confusing. After studying the book for a couple of days and reading the posted thread it finally came together in my mind too. Good luck, take it at your own pace and enjoy.0
