    Hello Everyone!! I still dont have a team yet!! But here is my before picture at 193 lbs! I hope that by september I'm close to 165lbs

    Please excuse the bad hair. I wanted to quickly make this pic before the day is over. Good news is since I put my workout clothes on for the pic I figured I might as well do some of these challenges. :) I'm on the red team btw. GO RED! Good luck everyone.

    I had a terrible time... had it not been for the advise of others i would NEVER have figured it out: How to post pictures:

    HOW TO POST PICTURE

    Go to www.tinypic.com

    Then upload your picture – leave the selected option of image as is – then click the drop-down box and select “message board”. Then you are going to copy and past the IMG url – do not forget to change both "IMG" to lowercase "img" before submitting!!
