  • Wow! Week 8! I gained my small loss back  That's okay, a lot can happen in 5 weeks.
  • Hello, All!

Well, this week is my smallest weight loss since starting Atkins 5 weeks ago. I weighed 292.6, which comes out to a loss of only .6 this week, and a total loss now of 20.6 lbs, which gives me a score this week of 6.58.

I knew this week would not be great. My DW took me out for my birthday last night, and I decided to take a 1-meal break from low-carb. Suffice it to say that I overdid it. Vastly!!. Probably still carrying over a lb from that meal still waiting to be digested!!!

But, this is a new week--back to the low-carb discipline!

    Peace,

    Tom

    Awesome job everyone!!
So after three weeks the scale finally decided to move just a little bit making this week 4.25% :)
It's seems counterintuitive but I finally decided to increase my calories by 300 and change my macros a little and I guess that's what started it up again. I still cannot quite wrap my head around the fact that eating 1200-1400 cals a day and not losing weight.
