Exercise Diary 15/04 - 21/04

So my my we are actually coming towards the end of April - where is this year going??!! I have 75 days until my trip to Portugal and I cannot wait - although I really want to go there feeling confident and happy with myself!!!
This weeks exercise regime:
Monday - 1.9 mile walk (from work) and Extreme Shed & Shred Level 1 & 2
Tuesday - Rest Day (I am in London for work all day)
Wednesday - Ripped in 30 Level 1 & 2
Thursday - Extreme Shed & Shred Level 1 & 2
Friday - 3 mile walk (to and from uni) and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
Saturday - Extreme Shed & Shred Level 1 & 2
Sunday - Rest Day

For those in the USA finally th snow / rain here in the UK seems to have gone yippee!! We now see Mrs Sunshine making an appearance!!

The weather here is beautiful. It gets hot here pretty quick, so I'm enjoying every minute of it!

Sorry I was MIA again! I swear I hope next weekend is better than the past two. I have been dealing with a severe allergic reaction. I was broke out in hives from head to toe from Friday to last night. It was so miserable! Turns out hubby is no longer allowed to go buy laundry detergent or fabric softener. I was allergic to BOTH of the ones he bought and I had to spend all day Sunday rewashing all my clothes, because I didn't know what had been washed and what hadn't. Due to the hives, I didn't do Friday-Sundays walking/SAAC things last week.
However, with an almost healed finger and and no hives I believe I am going to start back at things slow this week. I have gained full mobility back in my finger, but I still have no feeling in the top of it. I go get stitches out tomorrow morning and I can't wait. I am going to start back with NROL this week, but going to start out everything with BW or small weights just to make sure I don't hurt myself.
