Hi everyone. I have been working out with exercise VHS/DVDs for years. I own around 25. I have had both knees replaced in 2011 so I got rid of any high impact DVDs or modify the ones I have that have high impact moves. I have a great variety of DVDs and this keeps me interested. I gravitated more to the 20-30 minute workouts as I am most likely to be able to do these in the morning before work. I will just name one favorite for now as this is my go to workout lately. It is Crunch Boot Camp and it is 30 minutes. I have the 30 day shred that so many love but I like to rotate that with dance workouts or less difficult ones. I also love Denise Austin workouts and most of my videos are probably her workouts. I love her Pilates For Everybody. This is another one of my go to workouts. It really makes me feel great and stretches out my back. --Bernadette
