Hi everyone ..
Not sure who still check this but I am back to logging my excercise ..
It's been a crazy week .. Gramma went into hospital tues .. So with the work commute and trips to visit her it's been really hard to manage time .. Also I can't check in the group thru the app so I have to use the browser which just takes more time ! So now that my whining is done .. Lol !!!
I will be starting back at my regular job tomorrow , regular hours , and NO Commute!!! Sooo extatic about that !!
Today I did a high intensity short walk on treadmill - speed 3.3 incline 15 -
3 min warmup / 15 mins pushing hard and 2 min slower cool down -(20 mins )
Then 50 mins of mowing the front bog - hard, heavy wet lawn ! Done!!
I am also doing the 30 day Squats challeng Started April 8th- I think today is day 7 and its 80 squats- I've done 60 - so still need 20 more !
