    I do---I take a good multi vitamin, plus some potassium ( I am always low in that) and glucosamine.

    Multi-vitamin, fish oil, and folic acid! :smile:

    I have added a multi vit for women, not sure if this stuff has minerals as well (bottle I recently finished had both) and Omega 3 softgel.
    Also taking cinnamon capsule 2x daily.

    ^^^^they make cinnamon capsules??? i am looking into that, am getting bored eating it everyday.... thanks!


    I take a Mutlivitamin with antioxidants, a Krebs Cycle Chelated Minerals, and Liver Guard Supplements, also take Iron as needed. plan to add in fishoil when i do my shopping next month - or similar, see my doc next week gonna ask whats better, i hear about krill lately.
