Workout Goals:
Spin at least once a week
At least 2 intense strength training days
At least 1 yoga/pilaties or core challenge day

Weight Goals (-4LBS)
157 NO EXCEPTIONS!

Food Goals
Drink Bulletproof coffee 3X week
Carbs only in morning
Keep eating clean.
