Morning Everyone!!
Hope you had a good weekend and are ready to kick butt today.
Today's Challenge:
1. Cardio - do at least 30min of cardio - each day this week add 5min to the time you did the day before
2. Water - drink at least 12 glasses
3. Bum Clenches - do 15 every time you go to the bathroom.
Let me know how you're doing. For those doing weigh ins, don't forget to send them to me on Wednesday. If you haven't sent me your initial measurements, please send me those as well.
