At 12noon I went out and brought a multipack bag of mini chocolate snacks (5 in a multipack) to last me the week as my lunch time sweet thing.... it's now 1.30pm and I have eaten FOUR packets.. ggrrrr! I need some self control.
Also, won't be buying the multipack again - even if it is cheaper! :-(
Sorry for the rant. Just felt I needed to share.
I should hopefully still be able to stay under my calorie goal for the day if I make up for it in the gym this evening.

Yep, I found the same thing. It is so tempting, for me, to buy things in large quantities, even knowing what will most likely happen if I do. And yes, it does usually work out cheaper, though for me, it is just some sort of inbuilt thing where lots of things seems more appealing than a single serving, lol. Maybe it is my hoarding instinct.0

I fall into this trap every time
I say that it's cheaper and will last me a few days
But every time I eat the whole multi pack or share bag
I guess that we just have to say no! We know we can't be self disciplined with it so why tempt ourselves!!!!0
