I want to hear your success story, even if it's 1 pound of a few inches.
Tell me how much weight you lost, how many inches you lost and how long it took you!
As for me - I was 175 pounds after my first son. I got my but in gear, and really ate better and workoutout at home daily and slowly it went down and down and down until I was under my pre preganancy weight. That's when I decided to become a trainer and show others what I had learned.
Can't wait to hear all the stories!

Well I had my son in October 2012 and was almost 170 lbs at my highest pregnancy weight. 3 months later when I started MFP on Feb 1, 2013 I was 156. I am now 139.8lbs and have lots at least 8 inches overall. I have lost 2 dress sizes as well. My goal weight is 120-125lbs.
So I have lost 16 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Almost halfway to my goal!0 -
I had my daughter in 2007 I gained 60lbs. The first 30lbs fell right off. It took 3 years to lose the last 30 but honestly I didn't put too much effort into it.
My son was born in October 2012. I started out 15lbs heavier then I did with my daughter then proceeded to gain another 45lbs. I lost 6lbs pretty quickly but ate all that back in Christmas Fudge
January 2nd I downloaded MFP and started my lifestyle change. Within 3 months I lost the first 30lbs and finally got out of the OBESE BMI Category. Since then my weight loss has slowed from @2lbs a week to @1lb a week and sometimes even @.5lb a week.
So I am right around 35lbs down in 105 days a little over halfway to goal - and 4lbs from pre-pregnancy weight.0 -
Just recently, I've made a small, but important change in my daily eating which has helped me to cut out snacking!!! I've started to lose weight again and am totally down 15 lbs since last year.
I used to eat oatmeal for breakfast and fruit for snacking, but I've switched them...
I eat fruit for breakfast with v-8 juice with a fruit snack mid morning; I'll eat a whole wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese and 4 oz chicken for lunch. at 4:00 when I'm cooking and in the kitchen, I make myself a bowl of quick oats with flax and protein powder and low sugar apricot preserves. This is the meal that helps me NOT SNACK! And then for dinner, I'm not starving and eat a usually healthy entree. I'm using the MFP recommended guidelines for macros and am happy eating healthy carbs. If I go over on protein I don't care at all. As long as I stay full.
I am also not exercising every day which tends to leave me really hungry. I feel great and am excited to see how far this new lifestyle will take me! Slimness is possible!0
