Happy finally moving in the right direction. I like the seven week challenge which is in line with my goal anyway. I eat low grain too. My goal this week is to keep my calories between 1600 and 1800 a day regardless of exercise. When I work out hard I usually get a huge appetite and eat it right back. So trying to create more of a deficient with out going into starvation mode. :glasses: That's me looking hot on June 1st in summer clothes.

Great! CONGRATS on down a pound!

My scale has not budged in over a month so time for me to focus back on the basics and tracking! Glad to have some support to keep myself focused for the coming weeks.

Its like juggling for me. If my exercise is up to par I eat more. When I'm good on calorie tracking and staying within a goal I'm not exercising enough. Ugh. Losing the final pounds to a goal weight seams to be the hardest and gets harder as we get older. (speaking for my self). I am doing pretty well with my goal this week of keeping my intake from 1600 to 1800 so far. But my exercise output isn't as high as I'd like. I plan to weigh in on Mondays, keep myself honest after the weekend.

Weighed today and lost 1.6 pounds, yeah!.... So I am on track now. Journaling my intake/calories is really helping me. This week same goal, to keep my calories between 1600 to 1800 calories. I wasn't successful with that everyday last week but it was better than the week before.

Ran/walked 4.5 miles yesterday. My week plan is to run on weds, Friday, and Saturday (25 minutes each). Zumba session on Sunday. And two session of full body weight training. Looking for 10 weight training exercises to include and I am open to suggestions.

Ones I like include: hovers, dead lifts and and squats.

    I am running a 5K on may 11th so that's why I am running a little. :flowerforyou:
