So, got my offical results back from the 5K this past weekend. I managed a personal best of 33:46. That is a whole 1.56 minutes faster than my first 5K which I ran on March 23rd. Out of 800+ runners I finished 323rd overall, I was 137th in gender and 23rd in age group. Now, I dont' know about anyone else, but I think that is impressive improvement. My average pace was 10:53 per mile...all I can say about that is wow!
Don't give up after you finish C25K, keep going. It only goes up from there!
