So, you are doing c25k... but what else?

Hello all you beautiful determined people! I know it's been asked before but I'm going to throw it out there to see what people are up to these days. If you are doing anything in addition to your c25k what is it and how do you stagger it? (Rest/run days). I've looked into a couple things have have been doing basic body weight exercised so far. Looking to up my effort a little now.

I do yogilates on Monday
Run on Tuesday - it's usually a short run, so I might do resistance training if I don't do speedwork
Weight circuit on Wednesday
Long run on Thursday
Weight circuit on Friday
Easy run on either Saturday or Sunday, "rest" on the other day (my husband works weekends, so I am with the kids. The three-year-old wants to be a "runner girl" so I spent quite a bit of time doing sprints on my tip toes in bad shoes Saturday.)0 -
I have graduated C25K and started adding on mileage for the week, but my routine is the same for the most part:
Monday: Easy Tempo Run (3 miles)
Tuesday: Weight Lifting and recovery run (2 miles)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Easy Tempo Run (3 miles)
Friday: Weight lifting and 15 min HIIT cross training
Saturday: Long Run (4 miles)
Sunday: Rest0 -
My routine is:
P90X strength routines - Mon/Wed/Fri
Running - Tue/Thu/Sat or Sun0 -

I am doing the 30 Day Shred as well. I do C25K on MWF, and 30DS the other four days.0

At the moment:
Monday: C25K
Tuesday: Dancing and 30DS
Wednesday: Dancing and C25K
Thursday: 30DS
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: C25K
Sunday: 30DS
I also cycle to school for 40 minutes, 5 days per week. But I don't really count that as a ''workout'' since I've been cycling to school since I was 6 and I barely get out of breath...0
