doing the April 30 day squat challenge right now, so yes to a challenge but looking for something other than squats though.0

hello, I propose another type of challenge. How about a four week challenge on loosing inches. For example lets report our current measurements arms,chest,waist,hips and legs and in four weeks try to drop atleast an inch on each. I believe this will give us the the motivation to do a full body workout. what do u say ladies?0
