BIGGEST LOSER COMPETITION: 04/16/2013 THRU 07/09/2013
RULES
In our last competition we used myfitnesspal as a tool to help monitor us along the way. Hope you will sign up too.
• Just go to www.myfitnesspal.com and create your free account with a login and password.
• Fill out as little or as much information as you choose to build your profile.
• Click Community, Then Click Group
• Under Your Groups – Go to HMIA 2nd Qtr Team and Join the Group.
• It is suggested that you check-in every day to monitor your food intake and exercise.
Previous users must also join HMIA 2ND Qtr Team, but please change your starting weight to match your initial weigh-in for this competition.
• Click Check-In tab and enter today’s weight.
• Then, go to bottom of this page at previous entries and put the today’s weight as your starting weight for this competition. This should zero out your previous progress, to start anew.
Initial weigh-in will be Tues, April 16, 2013. All weigh-ins will be witnessed every two weeks. As always, your weight will not be revealed, but only your progress will be shared to keep the competition alive.
1. Everyone pays $5 per weekly for a total of 12 weeks of $60. You may pay all up front or $10 bi-weekly, or however you like as long as you are on schedule to-date.
2. Everyone must weigh-in every Tuesday. If you are not in the office for Tuesday’s weigh-in, then you must weigh-in as soon as you return.
3. There will be a bi-weekly winner every other Tuesday, paying $30 to the one losing the biggest percentage of their body weight for that two-week period.
4. The final weigh-in will be Tuesday, July 9th.
5. The final pot will be divided as follows:
1st place = $175 2nd place = $75 $3rd place = $50
6. In my fitnesspal, our Group is “HMIA 2nd Qtr Team”. You should receive an invite, please accept the invite and check-in on Tuesday with your weight.

6 bi-weekly winners x $30 = -180.00
1st place = -175.00
2nd place = - 75.00
3rd place = - 50.00
