Morning!

Today's Challenge:
1. Cardio - add 5min to the amount of cardio you did yesterday
2. Water - drink at least 13 glasses
3. 25 sit ups.

For those doing weigh ins, don't forget to send them to me on Wednesday. If you haven't sent me your initial measurements, please send me those as well.
