As an extra little push I'm going to do the 30 Day Squat Challenge. Anyone want to join me?

I've just taken my 'before' photo and that alone has spurred me on to do this with a vengeance! My belly sticks out more than my *kitten*! lol.

Copy this photo and save it to your desktop background, or print it off and stick it somewhere you'll see everyday.

I'm going to do mine with 2 5lb weights. Just imagine how comfortable sitting down will be in a months time :)

So, anyone interested? If so, let us know how you are getting on and don't forget the before and after photos!! and measurements!

    Did day 1 yesterday....this is going to be interesting!I think I'm going to do it with heavier weights to get optimum results! I hate having a pancake bum and my thighs would definitely benefit!

    day 2 - 55 squats with 2x 10lb weights. Owwwwwww that was exhausting!!!!

    Day 2 got my 55 in. I've only got 2lb weights so Im having to make do with them!

    Oh how I'd love to have 23 inch thighs! Keep going girls. It's going to get ridiculous by day 30 (250! are you kidding me?!) But we can do it and our butts are going to be so pert and firm :)

    Are you doing it all in one go or in sets? I may have to introduce sets at the numbers go up

    i did day 3 today. Managed to get through them all in one go, with 22lb weights total but boy was my breathing heavy. Can't wait to see some results creeping in :)

    Day 7 for me today! This time has gone really quickly and now I'm on 80 squats! That takes some commitment and I've started doing it near a chair so that my bum just about touches the top. This lets me know that I'm going deep enough each time. Hopefully I'll be able to go even deeper soon! Can feel it is definitely doing something though :) Slightly firmer and perter already!

    omg I just looked at the challenge and I have to do 100 today!! Jumped up by 20!

    I'm doing it with 22lbs weight in total. Makes it MUCH more intense :)
