Sorry for the super late post but here we go. I want to get your input for these last 2 weeks of Turbo Fire. What do you want to do? Is there something you would like to see the group do as we end this challenge? I need your input. Let's finish strong ladies.

Morning GF! I am on week 16 and its my recovery week. There were a few weeks with advanced cardio and it was causing my fat to cry...LOL I did the Insanity Fit Test the other day and wow. Insanity is going to be insane for sure. My children are doing it now. I have 5 weeks to go and I am officially finished with TurboFire. I think we should all try and stay focused and continue to do our best in healthy eating and pressing play. My eating has not been great therefore I have not been losing anything like I should have. Yep...lol. My eating hasn't been good either. I still get my workouts in but can't stick to a routine eating plan. I'll be done with Turbo Fire at the end of next week. The points will be tallied and prize given at that time so keep pushing. I'm planning to get more involved in Shadow boxing. I've done it a few times and I love it. I will do that for a while. Good luck with Insanity. I don't like it...Lol. I think I'm also gonna start the Chalean Extreme dvd.
I did just purchase an exercise bike so I'm super excited about that. I will include it in my daily workout regimen.0 -
thanks. glad to hear you will be done with turbo fire. chalene extreme sounds great. i just bought it the other day. i will be doing that after insanity. insanity is intense. i did it with my kids last night. it was my rest day, but you know how that goes. i hope i can handle it. i have heard of shadow boxing, enjoy. it was nice chatting with you and doing the challenge. i am on fb if you want to look me up and add me as a friend. Yesterday I did Insanity abs and some cardio that was about 25 mins, which I thought it was an hour of TurboFire...lol My fat was crying like a baby..LOL Tonight back to TurboFire. :drinker:0

Thurs was turbo fire cardio 20, i did about 10 mins of insanity abs and 300 squats. :noway:0

Fri - Turbo Fire 30 and Core 20, 160 squats
Sat - rest day
Sun - Turbo Fire 45 EZ and 180 squats, 12 mins of Insanity Abs0 -
