Very low carb mornings

Hello!

I had physical done yesterday and in talking with my physician (who is a fitness freak! And has lost 120lbs himself) he recommend that I avoid carbs in the morning for hormonal reasons. I don't understand it well enough to explain much more, but have you seen success with this for weight loss? I like toast with my eggs, damnit! :)

    I have never needed to cut carbs out at any time of day with any of my clients to lose weight. I have also never seen any credible research that would give me a reason to do so. If you're not losing weight, it would be because you are eating too many calories. Cut calories by 10% if this is the case.
