Lets work those abs this week.
Tue: 30 Crunches
20 Mason Twists
30 Reverse Crunches
Hold Plank for 15 seconds
Wed. 30 Vertical Leg Crunches
30 Bicycle Crunches (count one side)
30 Crunches
Hold Plank for 20 seconds
Thur. 30 Crunches
20 Mason Twists
30 Reverse Crunches
Hold Plank for 25 seconds
Fri. 30 Vertical Leg Crunches
30 Bicycle Crunches (count one side)
30 Crunches
Hold Plank for 30 seconds
Sat How about a 45 min walk..
30 Crunches
20 Mason Twists
30 Reverse Crunches
Hold Plank for 45 seconds
Sun. 30 min walk
30 Vertical Leg Crunches
30 Bicycle Crunches (count one side)
30 Crunches
Hold Plank for 60 seconds
Have fun with this and do as much as you can. Do try to challenge yourself and push thru those planks. If the exercises are not familar just do a google search.
