Hello fellow hybrid exercisers!
I just wanted to send out an encouraging note to everyone to keep at it! I do the Insanity/P90 X hybrid and I'll throw in a run once or twice a week. On Sunday I ran a 10K and was astounded by my results! I ran it in 49:26 and ranked 19th out of 564 women and 2nd in my age division. That's with only running once or twice a week and cross training the rest. I was shocked by those results! I was concerned that because running wasn't my primary source of exercise that I wouldn't be in the right kind of shape for the race. However, I surpassed my goals and am further encouraged that CT is the way to go![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Keep at it!
