    Thanks for sharing this. My husband and I actually talked about this the other day. I set a goal and gave myself a deadline and I'm getting discouraged about it, but I need to remember that I have time!

    Good clip. Patience is one of the hardest aspects of dieting imo.

    The important things that needs to be understood is time.
    I took nearly four years to gain weight from 76 kgs to 104 Kgs.
    It is really wrong to think to reduce from 104 to 76 in two or three months. It may take a year or two for me.
