Congratulations. You go girl! This is so great.
I had someone ask me once if going vegan would guarantee weight loss. I told them that it still depended on your choices. After all, Potato chips are vegan, and there are lots of vegan ice creams and Popsicles, cream cheese and sour cream, as well as many processed foods. So all of these need to be used in moderation!
