I am down 2 lbs this week! I've been stalling lately, so it's nice to see some progress.0

I have lost 1.4 pounds this week. Really happy for that:bigsmile:
drank 8 cups of water 7 days
- ate 2 servings of fruit 3 days
- ate 3 servings of veggies 6 days
- avoided sugary snacks 0 days (no improvement here, after dinner snacks I am not able to stop)
- logged in your journal 7 days
- exercised 30 minutes 3 days
or 45 minutes 3 days
This healthy eating challenge really summarizes what we have done in last week. Looking at my exercises/walk, not bad I think:)0 -
I lost 1.6 this week. Still not ready for a bathing suit though!0

This has been such an odd week for me. I lost my motivation halfway, slipped up, didn't log my food for two days, skipped working out four days in a row... Just an all-around fail!
But I lost one pound. So that's something.

Hi, I've been missing for a few weeks... I am up to 168... Which is actually higher than I started the year. Really wondering what is wrong with me.
I am working with a friend to focus on logging my food. I have been struggling with that for a long time. And I worry about being "perfect" then if I'm not, I just give up. So right now I don't have to be perfect, I just have to log it.
Hopefully by next week i'll be down.0
