24YO Female, 5.3ft and weigh 87.5kgs

Fromm scoobyworkshop.com my TDEE becomes 2281 cals.

I am thinking for a reset because its been months that my weight juggles between 87 86 and 85 kgs.

Anyways I always have eaten around my BMR more or less.

So should I be doing Full reset or half reset?

Gaining weight back scares the hell outa me :brokenheart:

O kind people of EM2WL, Please help this tinnie earthling

I was grossing my bmr more or less but on workout days I was netting 1000-1200. I know eating at or below bmr is bad so what you should do is eat at tdee for 2 weeks and go from there. Since I began my reset I've been fluctuating about 2/3 lbs from my lowest weight when I began reset, so I will soon increase my tdee to find my true tdee. Its different for everyone, some people gain a lot, a little, some dont gain at all.
I went from gross 1600 to gross 2200. Will soon up to 2450

Okay so i have upped my calories intake to 2000 per day and I am neither losing nor gaining.. The same was case when i was on 1600 calories per day. So does that mean 2000 is not my TDEE?:embarassed:

You can have a clearer picture of tdee after 2 weeks. If no gain by then then up cals by another 250 for another 2 weeks

Weekends are a quiet time on here.

Stick at this calorie level, like alicab307 said, for at least a couple of weeks and see what your scale weight does. Be sure to only "count" weigh ins that are after a rest day, not still sore from previous workouts and after a normal sodium intake day.
