Week 1 day 4 screw up :)

So this morning I went to do my day 4 workout....I check out the schedule, and it says Workout 1. So, I get the dvd all ready, pop it in, turn on my tunes and start. Half way through, I think to myself-"Hey, I thought this was supposed to be workout 1. This seems a lot like cardio 1. I feel like I JUST did this"

Opps. I put on cardio 1 instead and didn't realize my mistake because I was so into it and had my music going. Yep, I just did it yesterday. No wonder it seemed so familiar.

So, in the end I got an hour workout because I wasn't going to let myself get off track :)
