If your BMF burned calories - consumption calories = less than calculated BMR. Are you eating back some calories to get you over BMR? Or do you just figure it will even out on the days you don't exercise? Or are you assuming a level of error with the BMF? Or....what?

Not sure how others do it or if there is a specific way to do it...
I have my set calorie goal that I'm trying to hit on a daily basis. I view my BMF data as interesting, but haven't applied any of it to anything yet. I've only had mine 2 weeks, so hopefully others who've had their longer will weigh in...0 -
